Eric is the founder and lead strength coach at Swift Rock Training.
A former Division I punter for the University of Iowa (2007–2011), he holds a B.S. in Health & Human Physiology and an M.S. in Kinesiology (UIC).
With 11+ years of coaching experience, Eric is currently Assistant AD/Director of Strength & Conditioning at George Washington University, overseeing the department and working with Women’s Gymnastics and Lacrosse.
He founded Swift Rock to help athletes keep training and growing beyond college—turning passion into lifelong performance.

Swift Rock Training is a name that encapsulates the program's mission of empowering athletes with the combination of speed and strength, alluding to both the dynamic nature of athleticism ("Swift") and the unwavering foundation of physical and mental fortitude ("Rock").
